Blueberry Moscow Mules are the perfect summer cocktail to help beat the heat and use up some of those fresh blueberries that you just picked at the orchard.
Add the water, blueberries, and sugar to a sauce pan and bring to a brief boil, then reduce to simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring and gently crushing the blueberries occasionally.
Strain the mixture into a container or measuring cup, gently pressing on the blueberries to get all of their juice. Chill until needed.
Making the Moscow Mule
Divide the ingredients between 2 glasses (copper mugs are traditional). Fill with crushed ice and stir to combine.
