Ingredients
  

Blueberry syrup

  • 1 Cup Blueberries
  • ½ Cup Water
  • 2 Tablespoon Sugar

Moscow Mule

  • 1 Bottle or Can Ginger Beer
  • 6 Ounces Vodka
  • 6 Ounces Blueberry Syrup
  • Fresh Lime Juice from 1 Lime

Instructions
 

Make the Blueberry Syrup

  • Add the water, blueberries, and sugar to a sauce pan and bring to a brief boil, then reduce to simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring and gently crushing the blueberries occasionally.
  • Strain the mixture into a container or measuring cup, gently pressing on the blueberries to get all of their juice. Chill until needed.

Making the Moscow Mule

  • Divide the ingredients between 2 glasses (copper mugs are traditional). Fill with crushed ice and stir to combine.
