Brazilian Style Garlic Butter Blackstone Steak Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Pounds Steak New York Strip or Tenderloin tips
  • 1 Package Brazilian Steak Seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoons Neutral Oil Like Avocado Oil

Garlic Butter

  • 3 Tablespoons Butter Softened
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Parsley Optional. Finely chopped.

Instructions
 

  • Cut the steak into bite sized pieces.
  • In a gallon bag, combine the steak bites with the oil and the steak seasoning packet. Mix well to evenly combine.
  • Mix the minced garlic with the softened butter.
  • Preheat your Blackstone or griddle to Medium-high heat or about 400 degrees.
  • Without crowding the meat, cook the steak bites for about 2-3 minutes, until browned on all sides. Stir in the garlic butter and toss the steak bites in the butter. Continue cooking to desired doneness, about 1-2 more minutes.
  • Serve immediately while warm.
