Ingredients
  

  • 8 Ounce Halloumi Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Za'atar Seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Remove the cheese from the packaging and pat dry. Cut into ½-inch slices.
  • Rub with a little olive oil and then liberally season with the Za'atar seasoning.
  • Prepare your grill for medium-high heat and direct cooking. Oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
  • Grill the cheese for a couple minutes per side until nicely browned and warmed through.
  • Serve the grilling cheese warm.
