8 Ounce Halloumi Cheese 1 Tablespoon Za'atar Seasoning 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Get Recipe Ingredients
Remove the cheese from the packaging and pat dry. Cut into ½-inch slices.
Rub with a little olive oil and then liberally season with the Za'atar seasoning.
Prepare your grill for medium-high heat and direct cooking. Oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
Grill the cheese for a couple minutes per side until nicely browned and warmed through.
Serve the grilling cheese warm.
