Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • ¼ cup Chili Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Chili Crisp optional
  • 16 ounces Wheat noodles

Cooking Sauce 1

  • 1 Tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Shaoxing Cooking Wine
  • 2 teaspoons Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Zhenjiang Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Chinese 5 Spice

Cooking Sauce 2

  • ¼ Cup Light Soy Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons Tahini Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sichuan Peppercorns crushed

Instructions
 

  • In separate bowls, mix the ingredients for cooking sauce 1 and cooking sauce 2.
  • Heat the chili oil and chili crisp in a wok or large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground pork and cook until cooked through, breaking it up as it cooks.
  • While the pork is cooking prepare the noodles. If using dry noodles, cook according to package instructions. Fresh noodles do not need to be precooked.
  • Add cooking sauce 1 to the wok and stir well to combine and evenly coat the pork. Cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add in cooking sauce 2 and stir to combine. Cook for about 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  • Remove from the heat and stir in the noodles to combine. Serve warm.
