1.25 Pounds Ground Beef ½ Sweet Onion diced 2 Jalapenos diced 12 Ounce Spicy Tomato Sauce like Arrabbiata 1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste 2 Tablespoons Mustard Yellow or Spicy 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar ½ teaspoon Kosher Salt Or to taste ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil 1 Tablespoon Butter Fried Jalapenos Option topping 6 Hamburger Buns
Get Recipe Ingredients
In a large skillet or Dutch oven, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat.
Add the chopped jalapeno and onion to the skillet and cook until just softened, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
