Prepare the marinade by combining all of marinade ingredients in a small bowl or a large resealable plastic bag. Add the steaks and marinate in the refrigerator to 2-8 hours.
When you are ready to cook the steaks, remove them from the marinade and pat dry with paper towels.
On a hot grill, over direct heat, sear the ribeye steaks for 3-4 minutes per side.
Move the steaks to indirect or lower heat. Continue to cook the Hawaiian ribeye steaks on the cooler part of the grill until they reach your desired level of doneness.
Remove the steaks from the grill and rest for about 5 minutes prior to serving.
While the steaks are resting, dust the pineapple slices with a little Tajin seasonings or other seasoning and grill on well-oiled grill grates for about 1-2 minutes per side.
Serve the steaks with the grilled pineapple, and enjoy.
