Hot Crab and Shrimp Seafood Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Ounces Lump Crab Meat
  • 4 Ounces Shrimp
  • 4 Ounces Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 Ounces Boursin Cheese or Goat Cheese
  • 4 Ounces Fontina
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste or minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon Hot Sauce or more to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut the shrimp into small bite sized pieces, shred the cheddar and fontina and cube the Boursin cheese. Reserve ½ cup of the shredded cheese.
  • Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the minced garlic for about 2-3 minutes, then add in the shrimp and heat until cooked through. Remove the pan from the heat and gently stir in the crab meat.
  • In a large bowl gently, mix all of the ingredients together, except the reserved shredded cheese, and place in an oven safe dish. Top with the reserved cheese.
  • Preheat your oven or smoker to 350 degrees. Bake the seafood dip for 30-40 minutes until melted, bubby, and slightly browned.
  • Serve with chips, crackers, bread, or toast tips.
