Ingredients
  

  • 16 Ounces Thick cut bacon
  • 1 teaspoon Tomato Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Celery Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl or spice jar combine the seasoning ingredients.
  • Preheat your oven or smoker to 400 degrees.
  • Place the bacon slices on a wire rack over a sheet pan. Liberally season the top of the bacon with the seasoning.
  • Cook the bacon for 20 minutes then flip the bacon over and season the other side of the bacon.
  • Cook for an additional 15 minutes, or until the bacon reaches your desired doneness.
  • Remove from the oven or smoker and let cool for 5 minutes before eating.
