- 16 Ounces Thick cut bacon
- 1 teaspoon Tomato Powder
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire Powder
- ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon Celery Salt
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Get Recipe Ingredients
In a bowl or spice jar combine the seasoning ingredients.
Preheat your oven or smoker to 400 degrees.
Place the bacon slices on a wire rack over a sheet pan. Liberally season the top of the bacon with the seasoning.
Cook the bacon for 20 minutes then flip the bacon over and season the other side of the bacon.
Cook for an additional 15 minutes, or until the bacon reaches your desired doneness.
Remove from the oven or smoker and let cool for 5 minutes before eating.
