Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Pulled Pork Warmed
  • 6 Tostada Shells
  • 8 Ounce Refried Beans Warmed
  • 25 Slices Candied Jalapeno
  • ½ Cup Sour Cream
  • ½ Cup BBQ Sauce
  • ½ Cup Cotija Cheese Crumbled
  • ¼ Cup Cilantro Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Warm the pulled pork and refried beans.
  • Evenly spread a layer of refried beans on the tostada shells. Next top with some of the pulled pork.
  • Finish the tostadas by drizzling with the sour cream and BBQ sauce and top with candied jalapenos, crumbled Cotija and fresh cilantro.
