Ingredients
  

Chimichurri Sauce

  • ¾ Cup Italian Flat Leaf Parsley
  • 2 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • ½ Cup EVOO
  • 1 Small Jalapeno or Fresno Pepper Finely diced
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Oregano minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt

Instructions
 

Chimichurri Sauce

  • Finely chop the parsley and oregano. Dice the jalapenos and mince the garlic.
  • In a small bowl, combine all of the chimichurri ingredients. Let set, covered, at room temperature for at least 4 hours or overnight.
