These Bourbon Cinnamon Sugar Pecans are one of our family's favorite holiday sweets. Perfectly sweet with just a hint of cinnamon and bourbon make this a great sweet snack for your holiday baking exchange, or keep them all for yourself. We won't tell.

1 Pound Pecan Halves 1 Cup White Sugar 1 Tablespoon Bourbon 1 Egg White ¾ teaspoon Salt ½ teaspoon Cinnamon ¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Combine the sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl and mix to combine.
In a second bowl, beat together the egg white, bourbon, and vanilla until foaming.
In a bowl with a lid, toss the pecan halves with the egg white mixture until evenly coated.
Add in the sugar mixture and toss to combine.
Preheat your oven or smoker to 350 degrees.
Evenly spread the pecans on a cookie sheet or foil pan and cook for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
Allow to cool before eating.
