1 Cup Whole Milk divided 2 teaspoon Light Brown Sugar divided 4 Tablespoon Irish Whiskey divided Whipped Topping 2 Tablespoon Instant Coffee or Espresso 2 Tablespoon White Sugar 2 Tablespoon Very Hot Water
In a large mixing bowl, add the sugar, instant espresso, and hot water.
Beat the mixture on medium high for about 5 minutes, moving the mixer around in a zig zag motion.
Place 1 teaspoon each of light brown sugar in the bottom of 2 Irish coffee glasses.
Add ½ cup of milk to each glass. This can be either cold, for a chilled drink, or hot for a hot Irish Coffee.
Add 2 tablespoons of your favorite Irish Whiskey to the glass.
Top with the whipped Dalgona topping. Stir together and enjoy.
