Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl or spice shaker. Mix to combine.
Use about 1 tablespoon of the burger seasoning per pound of meat.
Notes
We recommend using the seasoning within a few days. If you plan on storing the seasoning for a longer period of time your will want to dry the brown sugar before adding it to the mix to prevent clumping.This recipe is roughly enough to season about 6 half pound burgers, 9 ⅓ pound burgers, or 12 quarter pound burgers.
