Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Minced/Chopped Dried Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Cayenne

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl or spice shaker. Mix to combine.
  • Use about 1 tablespoon of the burger seasoning per pound of meat.

Notes

We recommend using the seasoning within a few days.  If you plan on storing the seasoning for a longer period of time your will want to dry the brown sugar before adding it to the mix to prevent clumping.
This recipe is roughly enough to season about 6 half pound burgers, 9 ⅓ pound burgers, or 12 quarter pound burgers.
