Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 Mini Cucumber or ½ regular
  • 6 ounces Plain Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ cup Feta cheese crumbles
  • ½ Avocado diced
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • ½ teaspoon Fresh Dill chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Slice the cucumber in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds, if using a full-sized cucumber. Discard the seeds. If using a mini cucumber just rinse and dice.
  • Combine the avocado with the yogurt and mix to combine. For smoother sauce, mash and mix the avocado well, or leave diced for a chunkier sauce.
  • After dicing the cucumber, place in a mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Mix together the avocado yogurt in the bowl with the other ingredients.
  • Cover and refrigerate until needed, at least 30 minutes but does better chilled for at least 4 hours.
