Chimichurri Sauce ¾ Cup Italian Flat Leaf Parsley 2 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar ½ Cup EVOO 1 Small Jalapeno or Fresno Pepper Finely diced 1 Tablespoon Fresh Oregano minced 1 Tablespoon Garlic minced 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
Chimichurri Sauce Finely chop the parsley and oregano. Dice the jalapenos and mince the garlic.
In a small bowl, combine all of the chimichurri ingredients. Let set, covered, at room temperature for at least 4 hours or overnight.
