Equipment

  • Blender or Food Processor
  • Champagne Glasses

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Sweet White Wine
  • 2 Cups Blood Orange Italian Soda
  • 3 Blood Oranges or Other Seedless Orange Variety
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar

  • Peel the oranges and add them to a blender or food processor along with the sugar and 4 ice cubes. Blend until smooth. If desired you can pass the puree through a medium mesh strainer if you desire less pulp.
