These Mango Habanero Margaritas are here just in time for your Cinco de Mayo celebration. They are the perfect balance of sweetness and spiciness, and have become one of our favorite versions of this classic drink.
Add ⅓ of a lime cut into slices and 2 habaneros (halved and seeds and stems removed) to 1 750ml bottle of silver tequila. Let infuse at least 24 hours. The longer it infuses the stronger it gets. Depending on the bottle you may need to remove a small amount of tequila to get them to fit.
Mixing the Margarita
Combine the tequilas, Cointreau, lime juice, and mango juice in a cocktail shaker with some ice and shake to combine. Serve straight up or on the rocks.
